English Literacy Project-ELP

On the basis of past experiences and realizing the demand of society FACE has initiated a first of it's kind program in association with funding partner Vibha-USA ,knowledge partner Leap For Word-Mumbai and platform partner Samagra Shiksha- Pakur in the majority of Govt. schools(133) of Pakur and Hiranpur block a highly ambitious project named English Literacy Project through which the students of class III to VIII will be provided some innovative easy to adopt English Learning skills where estimated beneficiaries counted as over 45000.

Our Project Manager mentors under the guidance of a Project Advisor were being assigned as responsible heads for coordinating nodal teachers of each school to share the skill contents to the school students with real time assistance. The teachers were provided training and study material (English Learning Module) support by us along with day to day digital sharing of class activities from knowledge partner LFW .Though it was taken as a pilot project for (Dec-21 to March-22) its enthusiastic response from beneficiary end boosted us and motivated us to implement the ideas more expansively and effectively.

The Program needs to be grounded by the Govt. teachers under FACE guidance and support. To give the detailed idea of the program the nominated school teachers were oriented and shared the detailed summary of the program and the respective.


Classroom Activities

The ultimate goal of the project was to share the effective and easy techniques of English learning with the students and with the positive support of teachers and dedicated efforts of the mentors classroom activities continued with targeted beneficiaries.
